I've going into my third lease with these apartments through a HCV, and things have generally been more good than bad. Unfortunately, reviews usually come after a glowing experience or a bad one. The bad: it's actually usually cumbersome to get ahold of the leasing office. Because of this, communication can be poor, and they will be passive-aggressive about deadlines. READ TO THE END! Save yourself the money and live somewhere else. Don’t come to GLEN-COUGH-HILLS This has easily been one of the most overpriced and frustrating apartments I’ve dealt with. Rent is already high, and then they pile on endless extra charges every month—utilities aren’t included, plus admin fees, water, sewer, and a “rubbish” fee with little to no explanation. I’m a current resident. My packages have gotten stolen multiple times and management won’t do anything to help since they don’t have ANY cameras on the property. Which is ridiculous and a HUGE risk to residents safety. Wish I knew they didn’t have cameras because I wouldn’t have moved here. Update: would you believe they charge late fees of not $30 or 50$, but $100! Little to no grace period and $100 late fee is INSANE.
