I was expecting the exhaust fan to be white to match the bathroom ceiling. The exhaust fan installed is a silver colour and also a bit noisy. Other than that it appears to be working OK.
Nathan was extremely professional and responsible! We were facing a potential risk of electrical moisture damage caused by a heavy rainstorm late at night. After guiding me through a few simple tests over the phone, Nathan confirmed there was no immediate danger and advised that the issue could be reported to strata for handling. Now I can sleep soundly!
Phil is a very smart and sensible person who identified what the problem was, came up with a solution which he ran past his supervisor off site to check and then went about fixing it all without any fuss.
