I love their teas. & the people who work with this company, when I have met them at festivals, could not be nicer. They are well educated about teas in general & knowledgeable of their product. Their shipping can be slow, usually because the tea comes directly from India. I'm drinking a cup of their Autumn Crescendo right now.
