I've lived here for several years with my parents. These are nice apartments, in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle. Cindy, our manager, welcomed us with open arms. You couldn't have asked for a sweeter lady. ♡ She always wanted us to feel at home.

Ms. Cindy (the property manager) is such a sweetheart. We loved speaking to her and she has always been so helpful, very blessed to have met her. We give her 10 stars because she's such a sweet woman and wishes the best for everyone. The 2 stars which is me being generous is in regards to the application process. Any place that we've ever rented from has based the approval upon RENTAL history, however, this company does not. They base it off of your CREDIT history first and then proceed to follow up on your rental history (i... read more

I have not even lived here yet and the service is already horrible. Good luck getting this chick to talk to you. She literally picked up the phone with "Hello?" as I responded with a question "Is this Glenbrook Park Apartments?" she continued to gossip with either someone else on another phone or a person at the office and then finally says "Hold on I'm on another line". I could here 4-5 minutes of her conversation before the phone finally was put on hold. I am still on hold as I am typing this message. Currently at 16:01...... read more
