Generally a positive experience. Management can't help if neighbors are louder than I am comfortable with during day time hours. It's apartment living. Expect stuff like that. One thing they could do is plow the parking spaces in addition to the driving lanes in parking lots and keep garbage areas clearer.
I came into the office a couple weeks ago and wanted to see an apartment I wasn’t sure if I could do a same day appointment. But the young lady in the office her name is Shy was incredibly sweet and helpful. She let me do a tour, gave me a folder and she let me ask her a million questions. Although the apartment didn’t fit my needs I appreciate the level of customer service Shy gave me. People upstairs keep coming from all sides of life. Mold always in my daughter's closet...not trying to bash maintenance but we haven't even gotten a salt bucket and it's almost Christmas 🎄. There is no holiday spirit in my building 🏢, just need to end our lease when tax time comes or I win my case for broken foot.. Jesus really does help.
