When I lived there: The downstairs units flooded repeatedly- we were told "corporate wont fix the foundation." Upstairs neighbor started a fire- which made me check our smoke alarms after the incident. Expired. ALL OF THEM. I let them know and the office sends out a email to all units about changing the smoke detectors.... ALL EXPIRED. Maintenance repeatedly left our units unlocked. I love this apartment complex although we've had numerous maintainance requests for the same issues, however Adam has been great responding to the requests and knowledgeable about what needs to be taken care of and exhibits great customer service skills!
Don’t fix a thing there. Horrible, do NOT rent here. Mold in the units that they “can’t” fix
