I was told for the second time this month that my apartment was the cause of problems in the downstairs unit. First it was the kitchen, my kitchen sink, caused a clog, which in turn caused flooding in the downstairs unit kitchen. Today I was told that my bathroom was now causing a flood problem in the downstairs unit bathroom. Come to find out, that the previous tenants used wipes, and that caused clogged in my bathroom and seep underneath the bathroom tiles then flooded downstairs bathroom. Since the moment I was greeted, everything has been such a beautiful process. The communication, the friendly service from the leasing office, the help, the timing I truly needed to find a new home, the maintenance guy, I believe his name is “Jeremy” he came by so fast and fixed all issues and went the extra mile and saw future issues I never saw and fixed it all within an hour or so. If I can leave zero stars I would this place is terrible the apartment managers need to find a job they actually like they are ruining peoples lives with no cares in the world I know someone that was late once on rent and was not allowed to pay after because they already had a letter saying they had to appear to court they tried to pay multiple times in person and the office refused to take the payment saying they can’t stop an eviction once it’s started which is false they never answered the phone and basically lets anyone ... read more
