If I can convince just 1 person not to live here I’d be saving someone from misery. I have never lived somewhere so wishy washy and uneasy in my life. Can’t even talk about the worked since they filtered thru staff every few months. Maintenance always brushed me off or didn’t take requests seriously. I moved in before winter and the windows leaked- bad dripping on the floor and froze into solid ice chunks on the ledge inside the house and was told it’s “condensation” and they can’t fix it in the winter. Absolutely do not move to these apartments. Be aware of black mold, mice throughout the property, overpriced apartments, stolen security deposits at the end, and rent that increases an astronomical amount every year. The pool never works. Stay away and save your peace of mind. This applies to all Morgan Properties. I lived here for 4 years, and the property management became really bad within the last year.

Apartment itself is acceptable. There are a few areas where the maintenance crew just painted over the hair of the previous resident on the wall. Office staff disorganization led to me getting served an eviction notice less than 30 days after I moved in. I learned the hard way that the only accounting that matters is what's in the MP app. I guess I would say rent at your own risk!

During this past year all requests or concerns were taken care of in a timely fashion. Only negative comments, not being able to use a gas grill. Complex adopted a no fire policy, which I understand for non-gas grills because of embers which don't happen with gas. First season I've gone without grill and interacting with neighbors. This policy is very Un-American and will weigh heavy come to renewal time!!
