I love this apartment complex although we've had numerous maintainance requests for the same issues, however Adam has been great responding to the requests and knowledgeable about what needs to be taken care of and exhibits great customer service skills!
Don’t fix a thing there. Horrible, do NOT rent here. Mold in the units that they “can’t” fix
If I can convince just 1 person not to live here I’d be saving someone from misery. I have never lived somewhere so wishy washy and uneasy in my life. Can’t even talk about the worked since they filtered thru staff every few months. Maintenance always brushed me off or didn’t take requests seriously. I moved in before winter and the windows leaked- bad dripping on the floor and froze into solid ice chunks on the ledge inside the house and was told it’s “condensation” and they can’t fix it in the winter.
