My elderly parents who had worked with this business for years contacted them for a heating issue in their home. When they called the son Danny had taken over the business. He spent 5 hours trying to diagnose a simple problem and charged them $150 per hour. He then brought in an electrician who worked for 3 hours at the same rate and the issue was still not solved.
