From the first phone to the measuring of the shower to install it went seamless. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend them
The wheels on my sliding shower doors were worn down and had come off the track and jammed. Glenbrook Glass had originally installed them back in 2007 so I called and left a message. Richard called me back the next day and had his men come in 5 days later with an estimate of $150. The men replaced all 8 wheels, cleaned the glass and the other parts and even re-caulked the track! The bill was $200 but I’m not complaining. I can’t believe how well my doors are working now, they are like new.
These guys charged me $100 to turn a screw. Most professionals might even diagnose a problem so small over the phone. Instead, they literally were here for 5 minutes, turned a screw and charged $100 for it. Ridiculous.
