Everything breaks down very easily its nice But very cheap i see theres alot of other comments that think the same or veey similar things nice people tho but too over priced not worth it
I’ve lived here for a little over 2 years now & honestly I have no complaints. I love my parking lot, I love how quiet my complex is, I love living behind Wawa, I love the communication from the staff, how safe the complex is & how close I am to everything. Maintenance has a quick response anytime I have an issue, Frank always answers the phone in a timely manner, they plow the complex early when it snows & they even do events during the holidays!
