Impossible to get a hold of anyone when you need to. I was going to move in, but between when I saw the place and my original planned move in date, I had questions and some things I had to run by them. Called during business hours multiple times on multiple days, tried emailing. Nothing. They did eventually contact me when it was time for me to move in, but no mentions of my previous emails and messages, just “here’s your move in time, come with money”. From the moment I stepped foot on the property for my first tour I fell in love with this place. Frank Diaz the property manager greeted us with a smile, took us on a tour and answered every question we had. He went over in great detail the process involved from start to finish, and made us feel like family right away entering Glenbrook East. This is my first apartment ever owning so you can imagine the anxiety I have. Well let me tell you that all went out the door when staff assured me I will be completely comfortable and well taken care off! And boy let me tell you they weren’t lying! Maintenance always is on point and attentive and staff (frank) especially is such a well mannered well spoken guy awesome person and fun to be around I’m glad I moved here and I want to be here as long as I can!
