Went down the drain years ago We have no air conditioning, no playground, and gym equipment from the 1970's. We have a "dog park" that one of the tenants paid for themselves. We don't have a garden or a pool. There are no places for kids to play. There is constantly overflowing trash. The landlord never walks around the complex and is constantly unaware of her own place.
