Piece of Work, Janice! I called in to find out about a 2 bedroom Apt and immediately was unsatisfied with the professionalism and demeanor of Janice, she was very disgusting when she pretty much attacked me on the phone because my fiancee does not work. I make more than 6 times the rent but because we are not married we do not qualify based on their (or her personal beliefs) requirements. Janice, lousy manager The manager, Janice, was the most hateful, rude, condescending person I have ever dealt with. Through the application process, she repeatedly yelled and talked to me like a redheaded stepchild. I am so glad I was not approved (although she probably fixed that) because I could not live there and have to deal with her. Because of her lack of professionalism and her condescending demeaner I would suggest she be fired, as I cannot possibly be the only one who has complained about her.
happy resident I was looking through reviews and noticed this very old post. So I thought I would add a new and updated review. The manages that were talked about here have long been gone and the complex has been under new management for 2 yrs now. What a change!! Items that need to be fixed are completed usually that same day!! The exterior complex has been painted and the playground has just been redone and looks GREAT and is much safer for all our kids.
