In a nutshell I had three issues with the apartment:1) The air conditioning unit was not working properly. Contacted management twice without a response. (It has been unseasonably hot with temperatures of 100 in June…)2) There were smokers in other units (supposedly non-smoking units…) and the smoke would enter through my apartment windows.
