What a dump . Dirty, out dated , furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road . Let my dad fall on the first 30 minutes he was there . Impressed the nurse call button , it was 24 minutes before someone came . Please don’t let your loved one stay here!! Would give it no stars if I could
Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation is a terrible place to work and a terrible place to put your family members in. The administration there do not truly care about the residents nor the employees they have. I was an employee at Glenbridge and I reported the neglect that was constantly happening. Employees on 3rd sleep, do not do rounds accordingly and don't answer call lights accordingly. Because of this the residents fall and get hurt and also have skin breakdown. David, the admission coordinator won't even take calls. He is the slackness laziest and unfriendly person ever to hold a position so important to families. I could say more, but I won't, I feel this says enough. He needs to go.!
Our elderly mother was admitted to this facility only a few days ago. Thus far, the entire staff has been incredibly responsive, caring, and professional. They have put her at ease and are in the process of making her transition there as easy as it can be. My sister and I are very grateful and hope that this type of outstanding service continues. We are extremely pleased at this point.
