My wonderful mother is now a permanent resident of Glenbridge after spending time and rehab there. I can’t begin to tell the world what exceptional and loving care she has received. Peggy at the front desk, Emma, business manager, Abby, social worker, Jose and Harold PT experts.Sandy speech therapist. all the nurses in CNA‘s. I could go on and on. Absolutely terrible facility. My Father is in there right now And coming in to check on him, it seems to be a problem for all the staff there besides a handful of people. If you go in there at night as a whole different vibe, everybody’s rude and it just seems to be a problem to even get anything for my Father. They don’t bathe anybody they just leave people out in the hallway, screaming and yelling for help. This is a terrible facility and it needs to be shut down immediately.
Garbage facility. NO LINEN. NO GLOVES. NO WORKING OXYGEN TANKS. Serving residents spoiled milk for breakfast lunch & dinner. A residents plate was half eaten off of before he could touch his food. They want us to give showers WITH NO TOWELS IN STOCK. Very short staffed all the time. How do you properly care for residents without any of this stuff? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!
On my way to Glenbridge to visit my mom who is in rehab. Second time she’s been in this facility and it has been exceptional. Wonderful loving care. So grateful.
