This facility was almost shut down by the state this year with major deficiencies in all aspects!! I know from past experience of working there that nurses and administrators know how to cover up everything when state is called in. They corrected things to look good for the moment and they go back even worse than they were before as soon as they're approved. My mother is dying in this place. No rehab..THEY will not get her out of bed to go to the bathroom, WON'T FIX HER TV CONTROL. They don't answer the phone 50% of the time. HORRIBLE PLACE.
This place is nothing. They are very rude to the residents. Most of the CNAS are very young and have no clue what they are doing. Housekeeping is worthless and most of the time just sits. The place is very, very dirty. It smells terrible. The cameras don't work. They just have them for show. The food is terrible. Kitchen staff is very rude, disrespectful brats.
