Currently in conversation with management, so I'll keep this short... Clay, John, and other management pushed me to the next level of care after 4 days rather than a month, as year end audits were due. (12/26/24). Not ethical, and certainly not legal. I got played like a violin. I thought this was normal, but in hindsight, this is a very very poor representation of the Cleveland Clinic, and they should consider dissociating with Glenbeigh per their reputation.
The counselors are great. PHP / IOP is just as one might expect. The sober houses are very small in consideration of the fact it's a house realistically built for 2-4 people but hosts 6. As such, there is no private space, as you're sharing a bedroom as well. Mind you, you're paying $550/month for this. I HIGHLY doubt the mortgage on these houses is anywhere near 550 x 6 = $3,300 monthly, and they're most likely paid off. Effectively, you're paying Glenbeigh $550/mo to live in a halfway house. I would not recommend this sober living and IOP to my worst enemy and would especially not recommend it for an addict. I lost my passion and motivation for sobriety during my time here, thankfully through the grace of my higher power I found my way back to another rehab and regained my passion and motivation for sobriety.
