As his health, memory and mobility declined he was treated with warmth and compassion even though he could be challenging. Glenaire's caring staff did a great job of dealing with his cognitive challenges in the regular nursing area. As the first anniversary of my father's death approaches this week I am still very grateful fo... read more

Beware! There is no memory care here; if you come and sign the contract, Glenaire can move you down to nursing care at its option. Assisted living does nothing for memory-impaired residents, who live in fear of "bad marks" which will land them prematurely and permanently in a hospital setting and bed. My Mom checked out the only way she could two weeks after this was done to her, after living here 24 years! Traumatic!

I might be a bit prejudiced since I serve as President of Glenaire's Board of Trustees, but I say with pride that the entire staff is very dedicated to delivering quality services founded on loyalty, respect, stewardship, teamwork, and caring, Additionally, Glenaire acknowledges the importance of each resident's self-expression and promotes each resident's pursuit of life. I am exceptionally proud to be a part of this organization.
