for the experience i did, the management is very mediocre, there is no recognition for hard work. you have to pay attention to not to become a scapegoat for any problem, they are quick and able for that. you don' t have chance to work with calmy and they don' t get any point of reference. bad company, accept a job only if you have not anyelse to do
