This is my experience, In my conversation with the woman answering the phones, I told her my unit works for two hours then it just blows warm air, she scheduled my appointment for four days later at eight in the morning and did not bother to tell me to turn on the unit two hours before the service man's appointment. So of course the unit was working and he said to call back when it's not working again... which was of course just a few hours later.
