As a current tenant here at Glen Willow apartments, I am quite pleased with the service of the maintenance team Samir/Keith that services my apartment. They were efficient and quick with fixing multiple things within my unit.
I love my new place Ms.Shaquan has amazing customer service through the whole process made everything easy and smooth for me for moving……. Definitely made a great choice moving here
Keith came right on time did the job in a timely manner and left the area clean he was very professional and courteous
Was discussing renting an apartment from them, then they ghosted me. No response from email or phone calls. Clearly, they are not interested in renting out any apartments currently even though they have listing available on zillow and other places.
Very prompt and polite. Maintenance team at Glen Willow truly are the best. Thanks again
