Well, with the terrible parking attention, I'm a resident and I changed cars. I asked for a parking sticker and they gave me a temporary one, which should be permanent. And they took my car and then didn't take care of the bill. It was their mistake. How can they give me a non-permanent sticker when I'm a resident? And just a very sorry one...
