I absolutely loved living at Enzo Community Apartments and called it home for over two years. From both a social and practical standpoint, it was one of the best places I have ever lived. My unit on the first floor was perfect, and I never felt safer anywhere. The community felt welcoming, well-kept, and truly like home. The management company is the best I have ever experienced. They are the worst of the worst when it comes to property management. They ignore work orders, tell tenants to pay out of pocket to fix it themselves. They even put work orders as “completed” in the system when that couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s very sad to see a company operating with zero integrity. We pay way too much to live here as it is, the least Glen West could do is the bare minimum, but they don’t even do that.The only good reviews are from family members of the owner.
We had a great experience with Jason Fields, our apartment manager. He was always helpful, respectful, and professional. Anytime we had a concern or question, Jason responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of. It really made a difference knowing we could count on him. Thanks for everything Jason!
Rent got raised again. The letter is dated 12/05 but naturally wasn’t given to tenants until Christmas Eve. Yet water damage from 2 years ago and this past year still hasn’t been fixed and paint is peeling where I can only assume mold has spread. When a new report is filed, the manager always calls with feigned confusion as to not seeing the report even though it’s been filed multiple times.
