One Of The Better Ones In Broome County I lived here for several years and had an overall decent experience. Pros: allows pets; property is well-maintained; never saw any cockroaches. Cons: property manager can be standoffish; plumbing issues (egg smell occasionally comes up through drains); thin walls. The complex had a bed bug breakout that tenants were notified about, but maintenance immediately inspected all apartments to ensure they were eradicated. At night, during the summertime, you can smell the farm up the road.
Recommended ?? Good place to live! It's not luxury but its quiet n decent. You have ur pros n cons like every other property. Property mgmt n maintenance guy maintains the property to their best but it's up to the tenants to also cooperate. It requires team work from everyone to maintain a decent n clean property to live in. ??
Apartment 26. I moved to Ithaca for Graduate School. My boyfriend and I were trying to find a place to live that was between Cortland and Ithaca because we will be attending schools in both towns. Creekwood Apartments has decent rates, wonderful views, quiet nights, and cozy homes. It's Okay Glen View has it's ups and downs. This is my first place so I don't have a whole lot to compare it to. It has on site laundry which is a plus. Another plus is the carport. Each unit gets one with extra off street parking. Not a whole lot of sense of community here. Everyone sticks to themselves. There used to be a pool here but that was long gone before I moved in, all that's left is an asphalt slab where it used to be. There are a lot of families with kids here. Seems like a nice place I visited this apartment complex and was impressed with the complex as a whole. I looked at a 2 bedroom apartment and am considering renting. It's a great area.
Glen View These apartments are beautiful. Not to mention the quiet area. I would recommend these properties to any and everyone.
