Terrible place to live. Within 2 months of moving in, cracks have appeared in the walls. I suspect they were painted over prior to moving in. Mold has been growing in every room. I have complained about ants and nothing has been done about it. My biggest problem is the tree sap in the summer. I purchased a car cover to prevent the sap from covering my car.
