Excellent, fast and friendly. I called on a Friday with major tooth pain and recommended by my normal dentist for a root canal and got an appt for Monday. The office assistant even recommended a couple of home remedies to help alleviate the pain which worked. I had heard root canals were painful but this was painless. Dr. casto was courteous, answered all my questions and one day later my tooth pain is minimal. I would recommend them to everyone and already have told several people.
Dr. stated he would do pediatric root canal at consultation, they scheduled my child's appointment, then Dr office cancelled my child's appointment the day of because I would not pay them $150.00 cash for nitrous oxide that is covered by my child's insurance. They would accept our insurance for procedure but not the nitrous oxide. crooked billing department.
