I’m writing this review because I want this company and everyone who brings their automobiles to Glen Sain to be keenly aware of the dangers they put me in. I was traveling from Mississippi through Missouri and hit something in the road approximately 4.6 miles from the dealership, so I drove to get competent advice if it was safe to proceed back to Tennessee where I currently live. Very fast and friendly service.
We were tired of the way some dealerships play games and gouge you for more and more past your budget. That being said, we purchased our last car through Carvana to avoid these issues. We then gave Glen Sain a shot which was recommended by friends and we did. The experience with Glen Sain and their staff couldn't have been more relaxed. I normally compare purchasing a vehicle to having a root canal but this experience was easier then making a purchase at Wal-Mart. We WILL definitely be a returning customer.
