Don’t move here unless your only other option is homelessness and honestly that may be a better option. Bad apartment designs limit space, walls paper thin you can hear all your neighbors all day long. Lots of bugs because the leasing company doesn’t care. Management is extremely rude and unhelpful and rarely do anything they say. The place is filthy, mold and trash in the hallways and dog poop anywhere you want to walk. Avoid this place like the plague.
Elevator needs updating and hallways don't look as good as they used to when I lived there. A little disappointing. I do love the gold sign out in front lobby.
Someone needs to give this historical place a major face-lift. All the floors and halls dirty. Front glass door is broken. Kind of creepy going up elevator. I know the history of this cotton mill. This place needs major refurbishing and attention for the residents. Great location and first impression driving to it. But yikes!!!
