Someone needs to give this historical place a major face-lift. All the floors and halls dirty. Front glass door is broken. Kind of creepy going up elevator. I know the history of this cotton mill. This place needs major refurbishing and attention for the residents. Great location and first impression driving to it. But yikes!!!

You can hear other neighbors snoring, music and pot smoking like they are standing in your apartment beside you, extremely thin walks. Many other issues like management has no money to fix many problems at the building. Don't move there!
Building need attention
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Take it from someone who has been almost held captive at this complex for three years now, this is the worst possible place you or your kids could live. You’d be better off living on the streets than at Glen Royall Mills. The apartment manager, Carissa Easterling is an absent and horrible person. She does not take her job seriously in any way. I have personally been without air conditioning, heat, or contact with Carissa for TWO (2) months. We had a fire month ago and I still have not talked to Carissa. Onc... read more
