Dr Ross always takes his time with you and answers all your questions. He did a great job on my reverse shoulder. I didn't even need pain meds after.
I was so thankful to have met with Dr Ross. I made an appointment with him after I had an initial consult that went poorly. I felt comfortable and in good hands. I appreciated his ability to deliver a medical diagnosis that was upsetting for me to hear, all while helping me see a plan and reassuring me he would be there to help me through the process.
