At ******************************************* after i paid 360,i went to finally see the place after being sick with covid and phenumonia i had to back my move in date. When i visist the place it was filthy and discussed carpet very dirty, kitchen paint stuck on cabinet apartment not cleaned at all, no screen on sliding door , no doors on closet all bad so i declined the apartment and can't get my money of 300 back.

Hi Monaka, we are sad to see you go, however-it wasn't your move in day and were notified that your apartment was still being worked in. Your deposit was forfeited due to cancelation after being approved. Also, this was after changing the move in date 4 times in one month.
Horrible just horrible There are always roaches everywhere and the crime his is terrible. They are always switching management and the service is awful. I’ve asked for them to fix my dishwasher for the past 8 months and it still hasn’t been fixed.

very decent place to live I have lived here for over 3 years and though the management has changed and the way to pay rent has changed i still like living here because i have never seen or heard a car getting broken into you rarely ever hear anyone outisde on a fri or sat night after 11. The maintenance staff is good though there are many complaints its only 2 guys for a almost 250 apartment property and they get to it as soon as they can some people do not follow up to make sure there request has gotten in so they think the... read more
