Literally hadn’t had any issues with this hospital for the past 4 years. Today we took our daughter in for an ear infection and waited over 2 hours to not even be seen. People who got there after went in before us and at this point my daughter was just in pain and needed antibiotics, we left for fall creek. Seriously all you had to do was look at her ears, determine whether she needed antibiotics or not and went on about your day. It’s a 10 minute process.

Worst experience ever! Wouldn't recommend this hospital to treat a common cold. They would probably say you had a tooth ache. Went to seek help for my wife that was just bitten by a copperhead snake and she was experiencing extreme pain! She was wearing leather sandals so there was only one puncture wound. The doctor came in measured her leg and left without saying a word. While staying at the state park I was bitten by a copperhead on 05/14/26. We went to GRMC emergency as it was the closest “hospital”. I was in immense pain. I had one visible puncture wound on a toe that was bleeding. The doctor came in a pointed out the bite mark to two nurses in the room and marked my leg for swelling reference and left. Husband was scheduled for surgery. I had to call the day before to find out the time and any information. Important paperwork concerning a request was not submitted to insurance, No communication at all from Dr. Conrad or staff unless we called and left multiple messages
