Maintenance has deteriorated significantly in the last 6 years or so. The website says the building is "energy efficient." That's not true. The solar-assisted water-heating system hasn't worked in years. Equipment in the workout room has been stolen or breaks because anyone can get in there . The overall modern design of the space is slowly eroding as thrift-store-quality furniture slowing fills the lobby. The once-beautiful landscaping is a whole lotta mulch.
