Renters beware!!! When we first initially moved in, I gave this complex a five star review. They were extremely accommodating and they were urgent to get a spot filled. Now I know why. Since October 2025 when we initially moved in, we were ecstatic of the value we thought we were receiving. As of February 26, 2025 our rent has increased over $20 every month since October. I lost my job but I was able to find a new one. I kept them in the loop and told them that I’m working on paying them off and I could’ve paid them off. I even found an organization to help me pay one of the months I went to go pay my rent and my portal was disabled. They told me that I was two months behind even though I was gonna pay one month of that two months so that would’ve only been one month behind. I just moved in Dec 5th. My apartment was perfect! Clean! Hallways clean and festive! I’m so happy with my choice!
I visited a friend there at the end of the summer. I heard that the complex had new owners. It looked clean, and the area felt safe and quiet overall. We were enjoying the pool and using the grill nearby. Great place to spend a weekend with family and friends!!!
My family and I were in the fourth quarter, with two minutes left on the clock, scrambling to find a new place to call home south of Fort Collins. Our initial call to Glen Ridge Apartments we spoke with Tara, who made us feel right at home,before we were even approved. The process was smooth, easy and very accommodating.
