Was set up for a tour. Went to the entrance and rang the doorbell several times and after 20 minutes I left. Got a text asking if I wanted to reschedule. I'm passing on this. First impressions mean a lot.

Renters beware!!! When we first initially moved in, I gave this complex a five star review. They were extremely accommodating and they were urgent to get a spot filled. Now I know why. Since October 2025 when we initially moved in, we were ecstatic of the value we thought we were receiving. As of February 26, 2025 our rent has increased over $20 every month since October. I lost my job but I was able to find a new one. I kept them in the loop and told them that I’m working on paying them off and I could’ve paid them off. I even found an organization to help me pay one of the months I went to go pay my rent and my portal was disabled. They told me that I was two months behind even though I was gonna pay one month of that two months so that would’ve only been one month behind.
