I use to go to Dr. Ginters office as a kid. I wanna say from age 4 all the way to age 10. And I'm glad he's closed down. At first everything went good. Then he started getting a nasty attitude with every visit as my mom or my dad always wanted to go in the room with me. This time however I had to have a root canal and had to go in by myself. Friends & family, do not come here! Terrible customer service...do not waste your time. Office manager is not helpful.
Dr. Mata is such a wonderful Dentist. My children love her energy and patience. She’s practical and efficient with her services, makes the dental experience fun. The hygienist are also very thorough and helpful by explaining to the children how they should care for their teeth. Satisfied customer!

Dr Jennifer Mata is the best! It's an hour to get here but worth it for my kids
My daughter developed a phobia of dentists because Dr. Ginter traumatized her. He extracted two deciduous (baby) teeth without numbing the area. Over 10 yrs later, she is just now able to receive dental treatment without having to be heavily sedated. A child's first dental experience is crucial to the success of healthy teeth and gums. Dr. Ginter clearly did not care. When her father tried to speak with Dr. Ginter, the doctor hung up on him. Worse, he sent my child home with heavily bleeding gums and in tears.
