I was hesitant to write a review initially hoping that areas of concern would be handled by now, but no such luck. My initial move in was pushed back a week with only a few hours notice due to vendor cancelation. I love the overall look of my apartment as older places have way more storage but the upkeep of the unit was lacking. My front window had no screen and evidence tape was still present. I think the only way to get maintenance to actually respond is to write a truly honest and unfortunately, negative review. As I’ve said before, I always write fair and truthful reviews, and this is no different. Back in April, I submitted a maintenance ticket because my dryer was making a high-pitched noise that made it impossible to sleep. I waited patiently. Office staff is very friendly and efficient, Vai was the one who first helped me tour the complex, she helped me through the move in process, very knowledgeable with great communication.
