Office staff changes frequently and old staff never tells new staff of any waivers or anything so it's just a lost on the residence part. Pools always needs service or closed. I recently moved to Glen Park and noticed some minor safety concerns in my home. I’m pleasantly impressed by the quick response from the office staff. Less than 24 hours later, the assistant manager Andrew showed up to assess my concerns. Not only was Andrew professional, respectful, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable in regards to my repairs, he swiftly made an executive decision to replace a major appliance. Getting things done is very slow I had dead frogs and live knows in my unit from day one one my first week of treatment for my cancer i was cleaning this unit so I can move in it was really bad if you ask the office I sent them allot of pictures or ask my housing person she got the same
