This is a beautiful building filled with mostly incompetent care givers. My father was totally dependent on someone else's care. We had to provide independent care givers from 8a.m. to 11p.m. to ensure he was cared for. The last Saturday morning he spent in their facility, I walked in to see his call light on, and heard him screaming for help. I love working there and everyone I work with is great
My mom has been there for almost 3 years. It's s fabulous place with great staff. The staff has become like family to all of us and they take wonderful care of mom. We've never had any problems with anyone at Glen Oaks and would highly recommend it for your love one.
RecommendedThe nursing/care staff is amazing. Glen oaks not only takes care of the patients, but they take care of the families. Phil and his dining service staff makes sure everyone has a good hot meal. The housekeeping staff is constantly cleaning and sanitizing the building. In addition, they open their campus to the community!
Best place i have ever worked!!! All of the staff is so caring and truly has the residents best interest at heart. We have an amazing team and I am sooo happy to be a part of the trilogy family!!
