It has been a good experience living here past few years. Staff at the office always do their best to resolve any issues. Renovated building interiors sure looks good and nice. Spacious apartments and friendly neighbors. All in all good experience.
Taking a shower in the apartment is a nightmare. You cannot barely control the heat of the shower. It will go cold & smoking hot without adjusting it. We have a toddler in the unit and my son is traumatize to take a shower because of the uncontrollable heat. We asked for a maintenance request and the guy came and explain to us that its normal and he can’t do anything about it because the apartment refuse to fix it. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects timely maintenance for essential services like heating. I live in this apartment building and the heating system is not working, making the apartment very cold. I reported the issue, and maintenance came only to check the temperature, but no actual fix was done. Another resident in the same building has reported the exact same issue and received the same response—inspection only, no resolution. Lovely staff, solidly built buildings, well-kept. EDITED TO ADD FOR 2026+: Over time, new owners have remodeled the buildings, justifying astronomical rent increases. But they've also cut staff, making work harder for the remainder. Still lovely people on site, but their off-site bosses, I cannot recommend. Still a nice place if you can afford it, but the owners seem set on making that harder and harder.
