Ryan was amazing, helpful, professional, and polite.
I was shown a model and was assured it was the same apartment as I would rent. NOT!! The actual apartment was fithy floors was dirty with spots.and as for appliances not updated at all. It wasn't even the same layout as the model they bate you in and then lie lie lie.from property mgt to staff mgt.save time and money for another application fee go elsewhere. DECEPTION lives here.
Melissa, the manager, is the worst property manager I have ever met. The staff closes out tickets without actually doing the maintenance. & they keep taking away amenities!
I had an appointment on a specific day to view an apartment. I had already agreed on the price and square footage with the staff and even traveled from another state specifically for this. When I arrived, I was greeted by Francisca, who first said she would show me photos of the apartment. Why would I travel from another state just to look at photos that are already available online? I would give this place zero or negative stars. **TLDR: Terrible application process, slow, inconsistencies, exorbitant fees, rude employees.** My application process was terrible. The whole process was full of red flags. I should've pulled out sooner. 1. I wanted a renovated unit and was told to apply to secure a spot and once the unit became available in a couple of days they would switch my application to a renovated unit.
