Be Aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They suck!!! I have had 3 separate roofing companies say my roof is damaged and i have several leaks! State Farm though decided to drop me if i did not have my roof fixed even though they said it was not damaged???? Now my wife's large diamond fell out of her ring and they say it is not covered! I have had a separate jewelry policy for 10+ years and i would not have had one except for my wife's wedding ring which they say is not on the policy!!! Be Aware!
State Farm roof claim I live in GA and I too have been given the run around regarding roof hail and wind damage. I had policy for 10 years. First claim water coming in many rooms. One month later, still water coming in. State Farm claims there is no roof damage. Not true.
long time policy holder, never filed a claim. I am disatisfied at the way my claim is being handled. My roof was damaged in a hail storm and I feel as if I am being given the run-around from State Farm in Dallas Texas. Their replys conflict totally with the guidance provided by Glen Monroe, my State Farm agent. Too many delays and in the mean time my roof continues to leak. This is very disappointing.
