Everyone was helpful and friendly. Took time to explain everything and answer my questions.
Dr. Meador was great. Yulia wasn’t pleasant when I checked in. Joey, the nurse, had a nose ring through his nasal septum. I don’t respect a person that has nasal septum rings examining me. It looks like “buggers” coming out of each septum. Very unappealing.
We were being sent out of the office with a 3 year old prescription that they claimed was the new one after that days eye examination. Had to advocate for 2 hours to get the correct prescription. The only reason I knew was because the dr in his 5 minute examination mentioned tweaking the prescription. Terrible service all the way around at this location
Appointment was quick, answered all my questions.
