Excellent location, peaceful and quiet but the apartments are old. No light, air, no exhaust fans in restrooms so expect mold build up unless you get a large dehumidifier that covers entire home. Poor maintenance. There will be shrubs and Weeds everywhere. Plenty of snakes, Roaches and rodents. Trash smells disgusting. Most of the lighting does not work. Trees often fall down and damage cars.
