Waited nearly for 2 hours for the appointment for my 2 years old,she became really exhausted and no apologies at all. When I was checking with them, are they running on time ,said that yes they are.They should learn to respect others time.
Have been coming here for over a decade and never had a bad experience. While they unfortunately can run late a couple of times, the service overall has been brilliant and never felt rushed.
