The owner was very friendly, rooms were clean, appliances relatively new, nice towels, plenty of hot water and water pressure. The Wi Fi was a little slow making it difficult to watch anything on You Tube. My only complaint about this Motel is it seems some of the people staying are permanent residents, they sat outside their rooms smoking and the smoke smell came straight into our room. Their loud talking and Televisions kept us awake until the early hours of the morning.

"My experience at this motel was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, my confirmed booking was declined by the receptionist, who spoke to me in an unprofessional and rude manner. She also suggested I cancel my booking, which would have allowed her to retain my payment while leaving me without a room in a remote location. If necessary, I will escalate this matter to Fair Trading to seek resolution."
