Location is actually good but didn’t want to give them anymore than 1 star. Tge place is run down but clean. The issue is they only have lukewarm water at best, not possible to have longer than a few second shower. Management told me is was because of to many people using the shower at the same time but they lied. It was long weekend so although I thought this was average I gave them the benefit of doubt, but once that was over and they were pretty well empty still cold. The guy that met us at Reception was friendly and accommodating. We had been put in two upstairs rooms but needed one of them downstairs due to one of our group not being able to climb stairs. He was happy to chance our room with one being available. The rooms are clean and reasonable. You get what you pay for and at a cheap price, it's as good as expected. There is a supermarket, service stations, KFC, Subway and all you can eat pub restaurant across the road, so great spot close to amenities. Would stay here again.
