I have been living at the Glen Hollow apartments for 6 total now. In the beginning things were disorganized. I believe the upper administration must have hired a DREAM TEAM STAFF when I moved in. They all stayed locked in and I've been 5 years no issues. She was mean at 1st but Ms Angela and the young supervisor got rid of the nasty folk and more diverse people with cleaner habits. Have lived here for a year prior to Tri-Ship parking over. My A/C went out during July. Property manager Millie & Maintenance Supv. Jay has been so great with communication and getting me some units in my unit. Millie also always is pleasant when I do interact with her.
The New maintenance Mr.Jay, came and fixed my A/c unit... It stopped working, he came within 2 days and it's now back on
