I just recently moved out here a couple months ago, my move in process was very easy & fast . Dhae helped me out with my move in she was such a great help. Since I’ve been staying here I’ve had really no problems the minor problems I do have maintenance comes out pretty fast. Also Ms.Angela I love her she’s such a great person. My unit is very spacious & modern looking. Appliances up to date. I give them a 9/10. That’s only because of the area.
Dahae is awesome. She goes above to assist with issues. Angela is a good manager too. When I was experiencing difficulties Dahae made sure to take care of the problem.
My experience living here was horrible. First of all, I had no AC or heat. They came several times to work on the problem, told me it was prepared, it wasn't. Maintenance Man told me it takes time to warm the place in the meantime I was given a portable heater. My first month utility bill was high. The second month quadruple almost 400.00, next one was high also. Not because of the heater. The furnace furnace was the problem. My ceiling leaked through the entire place. I was visiting relatives. The streets have large pot holes. There are security gates in the front and back of the complex that do not work. The neighbor appears unsafe.
