I recently purchased a 2-year old Forester from this dealer. I had told Brad Banks I was looking for a trade-in option while getting my previous vehicle serviced. He kept an eye for me and let me know when this one came in. I appreciated he was up front with me about the history of the vehicle. I've had my vehicles serviced at this dealer for the last 8 years. They have been thoughtful and considerate in their dealings with me.
I purchased a New Subaru Forester Wilderness last week. The entire process was seamless. From spending a day test driving an Outback, Crosstrek Wilderness, and a couple of Foresters; Brad Banks made it all go so smoothly. This is my second Subaru. I changed from an Outback to a Forester. After driving the Forester for a week, it has now become my new favourite. Thank you to everyone at Sarnia Subaru and especially Brad for making my purchase go so flawlessly.

Amazing stress free vehicle purchase! We picked up a new outback yesterday and it was all so effortless. The finance person was clear and concise explaining everything in easy to understand detail. We then met our sales person and he went over the whole car inside and out for 20 minutes. Most of that time was spent on how to use the large touch screen interface that has become so important in modern vehicle’s.
