I tried to buy a car here a few years ago. Everything about my visit to the Sarnia subaru left me wishish there were more dealerships. I bought a car from London. The guys in Sarnia are just amateurs. There was damage to one of the rims of a new Forester and they wouldn't replace it. The manager said if they had another of the same trim with the same rims they'd just swap it out (give the damaged to rim to someone else) but comments like that had me seriously doubting the standards at the Sarnia Subaru.

Although we ultimately purchased from another dealership, Brad was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer our questions throughout the process. We appreciated his follow-ups and willingness to help, and he made the experience straightforward and pressure-free.
