We were visiting from Stratford for a medical appointment and on the way back home. Our 2 yr old Crosstrek started to make a “weird” sound coming from the right front tire. We looked up the Sarnia Subaru and without an appointment explained our situation. They kindly squeezed us in and took care of the tire with a nail in it. We were so grateful for their assistance and all with a smile. Thank you again!
It felt like a blatant attempt to scam me and turn a free safety recall into a massive payday. Calling me to see if they could replace my scrap yard struts while they had the car apart with no attempt to indicate if the struts were worn or unsuitable.
