Brad and Tara, thank you so much for your help today! Moving from Calgary to Sarnia has been a lot. Taking care of my aging father and losing my mom more. You were both awesome today. FOB’s sometimes just don’t work but your service was absolutely amazing today. You both confirmed why I always brought my Sante Fe to the dealers for service. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. What a wonderful experience dealing with the team at Sarnia Hyundai!! From Katie in sales, Tina in finance and Andrew - General Manager. (With honorable mention to Mike over at their Subaru dealership). I have also had great experiences with the service staff here too. Andrew went well above and beyond for me. Katie and Tina were both very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the contract details. All in all, they are a solid and friendly team who genuinely seem to care.

Service with a snarl. I have a Kia Telluride and I come to this dealer to the service counter for routine things so that I don’t have to deal with Sarnia’s Kia dealer. Recently I had a problem with my turn signal and I went in to ask if the Palisade part would work on my car. After looking at my vehicle the parts manager said it likely would so we set up an appt.
