They replaced a bad door speaker at 26000 km. This should have been covered under the warranty program. They instead put the repair through my 160,000 km extended warranty so they could charge me the $100.- deductible. CROOKS!!!!!!
The service manager is a joke. Avoid this dealership.
Worst service ever. I own a Hyundai genesis coupe and I took my car to the Hyundai dealership to change my alternator had to wait 2 weeks to get the appointment, another 1 week to get part and fix it and got the car and my turbo was not working, I got home called the service and they said, they have nothing to do with it and to diagnose it I had to wait another 2 weeks, took it to another mechanic and find out they forgot to plug in turbo boost sensor which is right beside the alternator.
