I can’t say enough good about Sarnia Hyundia. The BEST car dealer I have ever delt with in my 50 years of buying vehicles and I have delt with some really bad car dealers. Sarnia Hyundai aim’s to please their customers, they truly care about me/their customers. I went in this morning with my Palisade to show them I got egged last night in three spots on my Palisade coming home from a meat bingo. Somebody’s lil darlings up to no good. Would highly recommend making a purchase at this dealership. Last year after an accident totalled my car, I was searching for a new vehicle. This dealership was one of the only ones that treated me with kindness and empathy rather than like a business transaction. The manager Mike went above and beyond for me and the sales rep Alyssia was knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. This dealership is not located close to my home but I would go back again for their level of customer service.
Stopped in to inquire about a used car. We met and dealt with Janine who was an absolute pleasure. She was extremely thorough and worked with us to get a deal done that we were both happy with. Staff and dealership go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Would definitely recommend stopping in for any and all vehicle needs.
They replaced a bad door speaker at 26000 km. This should have been covered under the warranty program. They instead put the repair through my 160,000 km extended warranty so they could charge me the $100.- deductible. CROOKS!!!!!!
