Service with a snarl. I have a Kia Telluride and I come to this dealer to the service counter for routine things so that I don’t have to deal with Sarnia’s Kia dealer. Recently I had a problem with my turn signal and I went in to ask if the Palisade part would work on my car. After looking at my vehicle the parts manager said it likely would so we set up an appt. I had a very frustrating experience with Sarnia Hyundai regarding warranty work on my 2022 Santa Fe. I brought my vehicle in due to serious safety concerns — stalling while driving and issues with the automatic transmission not shifting properly. My initial appointment was cancelled due to a scheduling error on their end, which forced me to wait an additional week to be seen. If you are having your spark plugs changed. Do it yourself. Months after having my plugs changed here. My Santa Fe started to misfire. I pulled the plugs and found they installed the wrong spark plugs. I checked the gaps. All of the gaps were were wrong. The prong at the end looked like they were twisted out of line with the electrode. I'll do it myself next time.

I've bought my last 3 vehicles from Sarnia Hyundai. The customer service is excellent from the sales team to the service department. They have a loyalty program for returning customers too. I can't imagine ever buying a car anywhere else. I'm a happy Hyundai owner.
