My mom is 96 years old doctor and his staff removed six teeth. The best way to describe the treatment my mother received from the staff was like they were treating their own mother . excellent care thank you from the Bicking Family
I had gone in for 2 wisdom teeth extractions, the process was so quick and hassle free. Even with all the COVID restrictions they handled everything perfectly. From the assistant Valeria, being so detailed in the after care instructions and Dr. Drouin explaining the procedure and the whole office making me feel so welcome. They made me less scared of the extraction, and less worried of the post procedure instructions. Best office ever!
I'd highly recommend this office. The staff is friendly and the office is very clean. Things move along efficiently and they are patient with questions. When I got my wisdom teeth removed the procedure went smoothly and I had no issues. Dr. Drouin himself followed up via phone call later that day and the following day. They are good about appointment reminders and all around on the ball.
All 3 of our children had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Drouin. We just had our final follow-up for our youngest this week. While 2 of our children had straightforward procedures, our youngest had a riskier, more complicated extraction. Praise God all 3 were successful! Dr. Drouin and the staff exuded confidence, diligence, skill and reassurance.
Dr. Drouin has performed surgeries on both of my sons. We had no issues. Dr. Drouin is thorough, kind, skilled and compassionate about what he does. We live over an hour and a half away. He is 100% worth our drive.
I’m writing this review to save anyone from the anxiety and unnecessary pain of putting off having a tooth pulled. I came to Dr. Drouin’s Glen Ellyn Implant and Oral Surgery Center over the Holidays in extreme pain from a decayed, upper back molar - it had to be extracted. Dr. Drouin and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and caring. They all took the time to answer questions surrounding treatment and after-care as well as billing and insurance issues, and allayed any concerns we had.
Our visit was nothing less than amazing! The office was very clean & COVID precautions were followed very well. My 11 year old son had to have two teeth extracted and the whole process was easy, fast and pleasant. Dr. Drouin is kind, so knowledgeable and was extremely gentle with my son which I appreciated the most!
The office staff is nice and polite, easy to reach, they remind about appointments and call to follow-up after surgery. The doctor also called the same day the surgery was performed. Overall, good experience, my issue was addressed, I didn't have any unanswered questions. Doctor is professional and knowledgeable, I am glad that I've chosen him for my surgery.
