I was very nervous given it was my 1st and hopefully only root canal. The care was very good. The staff was courteous and professional. The Doctor was by far one of the best. He explained & detailed what he was doing and and why and constantly checked in with me about how I was doing.
The entire staff was very thorough across the board. I came in with my almost 3 year old son for our first appointments and the dentist, receptionist & hygienist made sure every question about services, treatments and costs were answered with full transparency. The attention the entire staff gave me and my son was very impressive, especially when I was unable to fully tend to my son during my cleaning, x rays & exam. I was satisfied by the root canal treatment of teeth #12 and #13 with Dr. Al-Sabek. Dr. Al-Sabek treated both teeth in one visit. I was also able to get the appointment within a week of first call. The location is also convenient and easy to find. The office space looked professional and the associates took extra care as regards cleanliness and disinfection. I would definitely recommend others to visit Dr. Al-Sabek.
I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Afshar and her staff. I have been an Invisalign patient, the treatment has allowed me to take care of my health while not interfering with my daily activities. Dr. Afshar took the time to explain every procedure she was doing to correct the underbite. I feel very pleased that the problem has been corrected and much improved my smile. People here are wonderful and very nice. My hygienist even moved her schedule around to accommodate my calendar. I am very pleased with the services here and recommend this to everyone looking for a great and wonderful place. They did such a good job that I could tell the difference between the x-rays I took prior to my cleaning and after. The entire staff is very good!
