Ingrid was fantastic and helped my mom have a great two years here! Any (rare) maintenance needs were dealt with quickly, and the place itself was lovely for mom and had a nice view of the lawn. The apartment inside was really nice - clean and well cared for with all new appliances. Never an issue with the heat or ac. All the neighbors were also super kind. Move in and move out were easy. So glad we rented here!
everything leaks all the time. all the overhead pipes in the laundry room and storage areas leaked constantly. I sent photos and videos to maintenance's email, they would almost never fix anything. the pipes in the floor of my apartment constantly leaked. there would be water bubbling up through the carpet. one of the few times maintenance did pay a visit, they installed a replacement spray are in our constantly breaking dishwasher. If you live here, you are constantly going to be yelled at by the management for things you have no control over, or which were their fault. First of all, you should know one of the higher ups in this apartment ownership group lives in a ground level apartment with a sliding door facing the main courtyard of this complex. My stay here has been short, but it wasn't because of any issues with the complex. The apartment I shared with a roommate was spacious and the neighbors were pretty quiet. Ingrid, from management, was extremely helpful and polite. Something I really appreciate. She followed up with me during my application process and was just a positive light during the whole moving process. I would recommend living at Glen Meadows apartments.
I’ve been here a couple years now,I like it here anything wrong with living here was just issues i was working through.
