Jayme was awsome and very patient with my limited computer skills. This was a great experience at a time of transistion for me and she was very helpful. She was always quick to respond, very professional yet very personable as well. That is a rare combination in a job that sometimes can be very difficult at times. I am looking forward to being a long time resident.
Review: Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience I recently observed a deeply troubling incident at this apartment complex. An African American man came to inquire about renting an apartment and was subjected to unfair and unprofessional treatment by the office personnel. HORRIBLE !!! THIS IS MY FRONT DOOR THEY WILL NOT FIX. THIS IS HOW THEY FIXED MY FRIDGE !
The Service Team at Sherry Lake is phenomenal. They installed my new oven literally within a half hour of my request. In the scathing heat. This Team is highly responsive and goes above and beyond. Besides that, they are all great people.

I am writing this review to tell of the excellent service i received from Gordon and Fabian of the Lumberton Apartments Maintenance crew. They arrived at my apartment as promised. My heater had stopped working. They came in an assed the problem very quickly and advised what was needed to fix it. They fixed it within a few minutes. My heater was working again in a very short time. They also installed a Fire Extinguisher and replaced my Kitchen light which had gone out. They did it all within a very short time. You would hope the owner of Morgan properties would care enough to read and rectify the horrible problems within his properties !!! I did not live at this one but it was a Morgan property in Aliquippa, Pa. Garrett Wood is also a greedy and unreasonable man !!! Kane is a horrible place to live !! Please, please do not move here unless you are okay with overpriced rent for an old apartment. When your lease is over be prepared for them to rack up charges like nowhere else. They will charge you $100 if they see you left a toothbrush in the apt and hundreds of more dollars for an apartment that is already falling apart. Such as leaky faucets that you inherited, defective closet doors that are old and outdated and everything else they will make it your fault like you damaged the apartment and send you a hefty bill for hun... read more
