This is the worst apartment complex in Prince George county! These are dishonest people, do NOT trust them. They will screw you out of a significant portion of your security deposit no matter what. They do not take care of maintenance issues with any urgency whatsoever. The complex is overrun with mice/roaches.
I love the maintenance guy ed. He's awesome gets it done fast and neatly. That's the best part bout these apartments maintenance is on top of it. Thanks ed
They're bad about pest control.I have been waiting over ten weeks since they still have done nothing about the situation. We pay. A monthly fee for the service and we're not at all.

Jayme was awsome and very patient with my limited computer skills. This was a great experience at a time of transistion for me and she was very helpful. She was always quick to respond, very professional yet very personable as well. That is a rare combination in a job that sometimes can be very difficult at times. I am looking forward to being a long time resident.

An African American man came to inquire about renting an apartment and was subjected to unfair and unprofessional treatment by the office personnel.
