I can't believe the way I was treated today!!!! My first time there and I thought you are to be trained to listen to customers??? My daughter has autism and has beautiful naturally thick straight hair, like my hair, you have to cut it a certain way, I explained this to the student and she went and got an instructor and I explained to her how it needs to be done and she argued with me and said "I been an instructor for 42 years and I know natural hair" She was defying me and the rude lady tells me I can't sit back with my kid... read more
