my daughter has seen glen for 6 years now, he has always been so helpful, caring and knowledgable about our concerns. ive never come across any issues with the billing office or staff. everyone has just been friendly and easy to talk to.
I would not recommend this nurse practitioner to anyone. My daughter had a very bad cold and I had to take her in 5 times in a 2 1/2 week period. I only seen him twice!! It is very hard to get an appointment with him. They always want to send you to someone else. When asking questions he looks at you like you crazy and the questions are stupid to him. Being a first time mom of course I am going to be concerned and ask a lot of dumb question but at least he could be courteous about it. I don't like that he never calls to do a... read more
