I Can not honestly tell you anything other then I know the common areas of the buildings are very clean because my team and I at This Guy Cleans House are currently doing the cleaning.
In a very safe area right next to an elementary school with a lot of street lights. HOA is responsive and does a good job of taking care of the property. People are all friendly.
My in-laws live here. Well maintained. Hoa seems to take care of everything and everyone
I moved in to Glen Devon in 2007 when I was single. My spouse and I are leaving Glen Devon because my mother-in-law sold us her home. We couldn’t pass on that offer, but we’re truly going to miss our condo. Our neighbors were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and we’ll definitely miss them.
