Very helpful and knowledgeable.
I had an appointment today at 10:20 a.m., but when I arrived, I was told my time was given to another patient because of an “emergency.” The clinic called me two days earlier, but I was at work and couldn’t answer — and they didn’t leave a voicemail or send any message to confirm any changes. It’s really disappointing and unprofessional to cancel a confirmed appointment without proper notice. I took time off work to be there, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Dr. Ashnaei and his staff are beyond professional, and the most caring and knowledgeable dentistry clinic that I’ve ever been to. He provides the upmost care for his patients. Farzad the dental hygienist is super friendly and always makes sure you’re doing great. He’s like my big brother now. I appreciate this warm and family owned establishment so much. 10 stars from me, let alone 5/5
